Rimmel’s Exaggerate Eye Definer is the bestest best eyeliner in the entire world, and quite honestly, I couldn’t survive without it! It cancels out all need for black eyeshadow when you want to create a smouldering smokey eye look, but equally it’s perfect for a trip-to-shop eye lining! Mwah!
